A Night Away is an online website managed by the World Wide Web Foundry, LLC. For the purposes of this document, the A Night Awaay Website, A Night Away Webmaster and World Wide Web Foundry, LLC are to be referred to collectively hereinafter as "W3F."

This website was opened at the request of many property owners that already listed on at least one of the other major rental property listing websites but were disappointed with the service they received and also the results from their listings. They asked us for our help.

Renters and owners have a hard time connecting. It is difficult for renters to find the right rental property and for owners to attract renters, since many sites do not let renters search for available properties depending on a given timeframe. We do and we make it easier for renters to contact owners, resulting in better communications and more rental oppertunies.

When problems with other property listing sites arise or owners need changes made to their listing, contacting customer support is less than helpful and timely. We make every attempt to make our support structure available and easy to use.

We understand that both owners and renters need to be kept happy. Some websites out there do not keep that in mind. Many competitor pages are unattractive, hard to use, and do not benefit owners, unless they are willing to pay large amounts of money, hoping that they get displayed at the top of the page, with no guarantees. We do not do that. Our focus is on YOU, the owner and the visitor. Both parties need to be satisfied to be successful, so that is where our focus lies.

W3F is not a real estate agent/broker, travel or rental agent, nor does W3F represent any real estate agent/broker, travel or rental agent or owner/rental unit. All rental/sales transactions must be carried out between the renter/buyer and owner(s) or their agent(s).

The W3F Webmaster does not have rental information or brochures of any kind for the rental units listed on the website.

W3F will not participate at any time in the rental/sale of any units listed on this website. And the W3F assumes no responsibility of any kind associated with the rental/sale/offering for sale of any unit on this website.
